Ysgol Gyfun Cymer Rhondda ((英語:Cymer Rhondda Secondary School)) is a Welsh-medium secondary school located in the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf, situated near Porth. ==History== Ysgol Gyfun Cymer Rhondda started in 1988 response to the growing demand for Welsh medium education in the area. To this day it remains the only Welsh Secondary School in the Rhondda, with around 1,000 students. Pupils who attend the school come from all over the Rhondda, from the five Welsh Primary Schools: *Llyn-Y-Forwyn (Ferndale) *Ynyswen (Treorchy) *Llwyncelyn (Porth) *Bronllwyn (Gelli) *Bodringallt (Ystrad) The legacy of the school was some what destroyed when student favourite Bob Pritchard was removed from his post as caring engineer for reasons unknown to many! Legendary singing teacher Sion owen was also removed from the premises but 5 days later for damaging the teachers toilets in anger after he was rejected entry into Mr downs private chambers during lessons, Mr down had earlier warned Mr owen to and I quote " back the Fuck off" which led to Mr owains rage. The school history isn't as good as many would think, in 2011 the school was thrown into anarchy after a rebellion against the schools high authority resulted in the capture of owain 'mika' Jones who has been long wanted by the head for dropping his own human excrement on her car, he (owain Jones) is the leader of the rebellion claiming he was treated like and I quote "absolute dog shit" and vowed to destroy the high authority but failed which then he was captured.
